ICONS Founders Club — Membership Terms
These terms govern the annual membership of the ICONS Founders Club. They apply in addition to the store's general Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, and prevail over them on anything specific to the membership.
1. Who you are contracting with

2. What the membership is
The ICONS Founders Club is a paid annual membership. It gives priority of access and of information: members buy ahead of everyone else at every launch, receive club and event news before the public, and reach pieces made only for members.
It is not a ticket to the event, it is not a discount and it does not include free product. Club exclusives are sold at their own price.
3. Price and term
The price is 79 € per year, VAT included. The membership begins on the day of payment and runs for twelve months.
4. Automatic renewal
The membership renews automatically every twelve months for the same amount, unless it is cancelled beforehand.
We notify you by email at least 14 days before each renewal, stating the date of the charge and the amount.
If the price changes for a future renewal, it is announced in that same advance notice and you may cancel before the charge at no cost.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, from your customer account or by writing to info@iconscollectibles.com.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut the current period short: the membership stays active with all its benefits until the end of the period already paid for. Beyond what is set out in section 6, the current period is not refunded pro rata.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a distance contract, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to info@iconscollectibles.com. We refund the 79 € in full, with the exceptions below.
The member card carries your member number and, where applicable, your name, so it is a personalised good: once it has been produced or shipped, its value is not refunded and it cannot be returned. The signed card for the first members is excluded for the same reason.
If you have already bought in a member-only window before withdrawing, that purchase is not cancelled: it follows the store's general Refund Policy.
7. Your member number
It is assigned in order of payment. It cannot be reserved, cannot be chosen and does not change. You receive information about your number by email within 48 hours of payment.
If the membership is not renewed, the number is not reassigned to anyone else: it stays empty.
8. The member card
It is shipped at no extra cost to the address given, 4 to 6 weeks from joining. Keeping that address correct and up to date in your account is your responsibility.
The club's exclusive products carry shipping costs like any other order.
9. The signed card for the first members
The first 100 members also receive a special signed card, one of three designs. The design is not chosen. They are not reprinted and not sold separately. Once the 100 are gone, the membership stays open with all its other benefits.
10. Personal in nature
The membership is personal and in the name of whoever takes it out. It is not transferred and not resold. Member benefits are used from the customer account linked to the membership.
11. What may change
The benefits described are maintained for the period contracted. ICONS may add new benefits, and may replace a specific benefit with an equivalent one if an outside cause prevents it, informing members by email. If a change materially reduces what was contracted, you may cancel and the unused part is refunded pro rata.
12. Termination for breach
ICONS may end a membership, refunding the unused part pro rata, in the event of fraudulent use, resale of membership status, or non-payment of the renewal charge.
13. Personal data
The processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The email address linked to your account is used for club communications, including launches and renewal notices.
14. Governing law and complaints
Spanish law applies. You may address any complaint to info@iconscollectibles.com and, if you are not satisfied, to the competent consumer authorities and to the European online dispute resolution platform.
