ICONS grows this year. The show opens on Friday 3 September at midday and runs through Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 September 2027, at IFA Alicante. Half a day more of selling than last edition.
Setup times and the final opening hours for each day are coming soon and will be sent to every confirmed vendor.

You are not going on a waiting list. You choose the exact table you want on this page, and it is yours the moment you pay.

Vendor Package Details (Per Table):
- Event Dates: Friday 3 September (from midday) to Sunday 5 September 2027. Two and a half days of show.
- Table Dimensions: 1.80m x 0.74m (1.33 m²) for your product display.
- Allocated Back Space: A private area of 1.80m x 1.80m (3.24 m²) located directly behind your table for staff and inventory.
- Total Designated Area: 4.57 m² of total floor space per table purchased.
- Staff Passes: Includes 2 Full-Access Tickets (valued at 40€) per table, valid for the three days.
- Equipment: Each table includes 2 chairs.
- Displays & Setup: You are welcome to place roll-ups or shelving units within your 3.24 m² back space.
- Open to All: Perfect for both hobbyist collectors and established shops.
How to book
Everything happens right here on this page, in the selector above. Five steps and you are done.
| 1 · Category | TCG, Sport Cards, Manga & Comics, Diecast, Figures & Dolls, or Arcade & Retro. Each category has its own dedicated area of the venue, so your neighbours sell what you sell. |
| 2 · Type | Collector Table or Commercial Table. See the comparison below. |
| 3 · Zone | Every category is divided into lettered zones, the rows of tables you see on the floor plan. Pick where you want to be: main aisle, central corridor, close to the entrance, next to the tournament area. |
| 4 · Table number | Choose your table from the list of free numbers in the selector. Not sure which one to take? Click View map and the floor plan opens so you can see where each number actually is and which tables are already gone. The map is there to help you decide: close it and pick your number in the selector, that is where the booking is made. |
| 5 · Your details, then pay | Before paying you fill in a short form with your vendor details: name, trading name, tax ID and contact email. That is what we use for your badge, your invoice and the exhibitor list, so take a second with it. Then you pay, and you are in. |
Collector or Commercial?
| Collector Table | For private collectors selling or trading part of their own collection. Same table, same back space, same 2 staff passes. You sign a short collector declaration before paying: these tables are not for professional retail activity. |
| Commercial Table | For shops, professional sellers and brands. Located in the high traffic commercial zones of each category, with the visibility and the aisle width a trading stand needs. |
Corner tables
Some positions come up as a corner and are shown as a pair, for example C-30 + C-31. A corner is two tables at the end of a row, sold together as one unit at double the price: double the display space, double the back space, 4 staff passes, and customers reaching you from two aisles instead of one. Corners cannot be split, so you either take the pair or you take a single table somewhere else.
What happens after you pay
- Your table is yours immediately. The moment the order goes through, that number comes off the map and nobody else can buy it.
- You receive your vendor tickets by email, with your table number and the QR codes you use to get in. They go to the email address you wrote on the vendor form.
- Setup and schedule information is coming soon. Load in times, access hours and the final opening hours for Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be announced and sent to all confirmed vendors ahead of the event.
Before you book
- Tables go on a first come, first served basis. What you see free is free right now, and the best spots go early.
- Your table number is final once purchased. If you need to move, write to us and we will do what we can with whatever is still free.
- Buying more than one table? Add them one by one and keep the numbers together, so you end up side by side.
- Choose your category carefully: it decides which area of the venue you are in, not just the name on your table.
