Table Request
Your table is booked. Now it is time to pick your spot. Check the floor plans for both halls, note down the tables you want and send us up to three preferences: we will try to give you the first one, and if we cannot, the next.
HOW IT WORKS
1 · Check the plan
Both halls are further down, with zoom and the details of every table: category, type and whether it is still free.
2 · Note the tables
Every table has a code, for example TCG-A-13. You need the category, the letter and the numbers.
3 · Send the request
Fill in the form with up to three preferences. We allocate starting from the first, and requests are resolved in the order they arrive.

CORNER TABLES GO TOGETHER
A corner cannot be split: if you request a table that forms a corner, you have to request the one next to it as well. You cannot take just the side one or just the aisle one. If your request contains an incomplete corner, we will have to skip that one and move on to your next preference.

Make sure everything is right. Once sent, you will have to email us to change anything.

Controller: Beguerrilla S.L. Purpose: to handle your table allocation request for ICONS 2027 and tell you the outcome. Legal basis: performance of your exhibitor contract and your consent. Retention: until the event takes place and for the applicable legal periods. Recipients: the technical providers needed to process the request (Shopify, Google, Make), acting as processors.
