Refund Policy
At ICONS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. This means that, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out below, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition in which you received it, unused, with any original tags, accessories and packaging included. You may also be required to provide your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted or may suffer delays in processing.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide the corresponding return instructions and, where applicable, information about the shipping method to be used.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is defective, has been damaged during transport, or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@iconscollectibles.com, including your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.
We will review the case and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain products may be excluded from voluntary returns or from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. These may include, for example:
- Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Products that, by their nature, may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Digital content or services where performance has begun with the customer's prior consent and where applicable law permits the loss of the right of withdrawal.
- Other products expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal by applicable consumer legislation.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to defective or non-conforming products.
Sale and promotional items
Products purchased during promotions, sales or with discount codes remain subject to any mandatory consumer rights established by applicable law.
Any additional voluntary return restrictions applicable to a particular promotional item will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Gift cards
Gift cards that have already been used, wholly or partially, cannot be refunded for the amount already redeemed.
Any applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, version or size, the fastest method will normally be to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

European Union right of withdrawal
Where the customer is a consumer and the applicable European Union consumer legislation grants a right of withdrawal, the customer generally has 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, subject to the legally established exceptions.
For goods, the period will generally run from the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the corresponding period expires.

The product must be returned in accordance with applicable law. The consumer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The statutory minimum withdrawal period for consumers is currently 14 calendar days under Spanish consumer legislation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed and permitted by law.
Approved refunds are generally processed by ICONS within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
