Throughout these Terms, "ICONS", "we", "us" and "our" refer to BEGUERRILLA S.L. operating under the commercial name ICONS.
By accessing our website, purchasing products, registering for an event or using any service made available through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any other policies expressly incorporated into them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the relevant Services.
Our ecommerce store may be provided using Shopify's ecommerce infrastructure, as is also stated in the current Terms.
SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity necessary to enter into the relevant transaction or that you use the Services with any consent required under applicable law.
You may not use the website, products or Services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
You must not introduce viruses, malware, destructive code or other technology intended to interfere with the security, integrity or operation of the website.
A serious breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS
We may refuse or restrict access to our Services where reasonably necessary, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or a breach of these Terms, subject always to mandatory consumer legislation.
You must not reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or commercially exploit any protected portion of the website or Service without our prior written authorisation, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.
Headings are provided for convenience and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.
SECTION 3 — INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the website is accurate and up to date.
However, errors or outdated information may occasionally appear. Information of a general or historical nature should not be relied upon where more current or specific information is necessary.
We may update website content when appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND CHANGES TO SERVICES
Product and service prices may change.
The price applicable to an order will be the price shown to the customer during the purchasing process, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable consumer law.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website features or Services, provided this does not unlawfully affect contracts already concluded with customers.
SECTION 5 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer legislation.
We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colours and descriptions accurately. Screen characteristics, lighting and manufacturing variations may cause differences between an image and the physical product.
We may impose reasonable purchase limits where necessary, including limits designed to prevent fraud, automated purchasing or unauthorised resale.
Product availability may change without notice.
SECTION 6 — EVENT TICKETS, ADMISSION AND RECORDING
Ticket validity
Tickets purchased for an ICONS event are intended for the person or persons covered by the relevant order and are subject to any specific ticket conditions communicated during purchase.
The valid QR code, digital ticket or other admission credential must be presented when required.
ICONS / BEGUERRILLA S.L. may request appropriate identification where reasonably necessary to verify ticket validity, age requirements, anti-fraud measures or applicable access conditions.
Where a ticket or QR code has been duplicated, only the valid first use may be accepted.
Right of admission
Access to an event may be refused, or a person may be removed from the venue, where permitted by applicable law and event rules, including in cases involving violent, threatening, seriously disruptive or dangerous behaviour.
Possession of prohibited or dangerous objects may also result in refusal of admission.
Any right to reimbursement will be determined according to the circumstances, the applicable ticket conditions and mandatory law.
Photography and audiovisual recording
ICONS events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed or otherwise recorded.
Images, video or audio recorded at an event may be used for event coverage, archival purposes, social media, the ICONS website, press communications and promotional materials, where there is an appropriate legal basis for such processing.
Where consent is legally required for a particular use, the relevant consent requirements will apply.

Special protections applicable to minors will be respected.
Event changes and cancellation
Schedules, guests, activities, timings or programmes may need to change for operational, technical, safety, legal or force-majeure reasons.
If an event is cancelled in full, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy, the specific ticket conditions and applicable Spanish consumer legislation.
SECTION 7 — BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably justified, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock errors, payment problems or breach of purchase limits.
If an order already placed needs to be modified or cancelled, we may contact you using the email address, telephone number or billing information provided during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information and to update information when necessary.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
The website may provide access to tools, integrations or services supplied by third parties.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Unless otherwise required by law, ICONS is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services that are outside our control.
SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
Before purchasing from or submitting information to a third-party website, you should review its terms, policies and identity.
Claims relating solely to products or services supplied independently by a third party should normally be addressed to that third party.
SECTION 10 — USER CONTENT, COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us reviews, feedback, suggestions, competition entries or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit that material and that it does not unlawfully infringe the rights of any third party.
You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, malicious or infringing content or material containing malware.
Where you voluntarily submit feedback or suggestions relating to our business, you authorise us to use that feedback for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable intellectual-property and data-protection law.
We may moderate or remove user content where reasonably necessary.

Product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, availability information or other website content may occasionally contain errors.

If an error affects an order already placed, we will deal with the situation in accordance with applicable consumer and contract law.

We may restrict access where these conditions are breached.
SECTION 14 — SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
We aim to provide a secure and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the website will operate without interruption or that every technical error will be immediately corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, these Terms do not remove mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICONS will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the relevant contract was concluded.
SECTION 15 — RESPONSIBILITY FOR BREACH
You are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the Services or your material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section requires a consumer to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 16 — SEVERABILITY
If a provision of these Terms is declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
SECTION 17 — TERMINATION
You may stop using the website at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably justified by a serious breach of these Terms, illegal activity, fraud, security threats or another legitimate reason.
Rights and obligations arising before termination remain unaffected where appropriate.
SECTION 18 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any policies and specific conditions expressly incorporated into them, govern your use of the relevant Services.
Failure by ICONS to exercise a right immediately does not automatically constitute a waiver of that right.
SECTION 19 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and contracts entered into through our Services are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to consumers under the law applicable to them.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts determined under applicable law.
The current Terms likewise designate Spanish law as governing law.
SECTION 20 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when necessary.
The latest version will be made available on the website.
Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights arising from contracts already concluded.
